Debate Events

    Lincoln-Douglas Debate, 4 person policy debate, 2 person policy debate:

  • Win - 6 points 
  • Loss - 3 points

 

Degrees

    In order to become a member of the National Forensic League, contestants must earn 25 points. Beyond that, they earn various degrees according to their number of points.

  • 25 points - N.F.L. membership and Degree of Merit
  • 75 points - Degree of Honor
  • 150 points - Degree of Excellence
  • 250 points - Degree of Distinction
  • 500 points - Degree of Special Distinction
